Hereford Cattle

The farm keeps a herd of around 45 Pedigree Hereford Cattle. All roam the 300 acres of organic grassland that surrounds the Rare Breeds Centre.

We have one stock bulls called Churchlands Urso Major.

The Herd in 2006 won a trophey for being placed 3rd in the Midlands and East England Herefords Breeders club best herd competition.

The Rare Breeds Centre is closed and will open again on the 1st April 2010 for the Season. The Rare Breed Centre gate opens at 10.30 a.m.
Entry Price is £2.50 per person and children under 36 months old are free. Season Tickets are £20 each. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Sorry No Dogs.
