Hadleigh Farm Rare Breeds Centre 2008 Season Ticket Application Form 1.Season tickets cost £12 per person over 36 months of age if bought in advance (Entry fee will be charged until you have a ticket) or £14 on the gate. 2.Tickets are valid from the 24th of March up until the 9th of November 2008 and allow entry on any day that the centre is open. 3. We reserve the right to withdraw any ticket that is misused. 4.Only the named person on the ticket can use it. 5. Lost tickets will be replaced at a charge of £2 each. 6. It may take up to 48 hours from us receiving this form for your ticket to be issued and you to be able to use it. Please enter below Name(s) to appear on ticket(s) . . . How to use this form. Either print it out and send it to us at the address above or fill in the details and return to us via this link. We will recieve an email that gives us your information. We will then produce the tickets and let you know by email when they are ready for you to collect and pay for at the entry kiosk.
